At Studebaker Metals, we take pride in our hand-forged craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our workshop team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your item in its original Studebaker Metals packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Workshop

  Affix your provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our metalsmiths verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
