How do I determine my correct cuff or ring size?
We provide a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page. For cuffs, we recommend measuring the circumference of your wrist tightly and following our size chart to ensure a comfortable fit with the proper gap.
What is the lead time for hand-forged items?
Since each piece is hand-forged to order in our Pittsburgh workshop, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your item is shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our jewelry worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How should I care for my brass and copper jewelry?
Raw metals will develop a natural patina over time. To maintain a high shine, use a polishing cloth or a mild polishing cream. To prevent accelerated oxidation, avoid wearing your jewelry in saltwater or chlorine.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on most non-custom items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that custom engravings are final sale.
Can I request a custom engraving?
Many of our signature cuffs and accessories can be personalized with hand-stamped letters or numbers. Look for the 'Add Engraving' option on the product page to customize your piece.
